Wise Woman Menopause TCM Care Package
for women navigating their menopausal transition
Our Wise Woman package for you includes:
- A one-hour personalized consultation, during which we will have a close look at your diet and offer a customized Chinese medicine dietary assessment. We will support these suggestions with specific lifestyle recommendations involving exercise and relaxation.
- A second one-hour session to go over a report prepared for you to explain how your body tends to get imbalanced and what we can do to restore balance and alleviate your menopausal symptoms. This report will include a customized treatment plan and recommendations based on our initial conversation. This session will also include a relaxing acupuncture session.
