Who is this workshop for?

This class is open to anyone, no previous experience is necessary. If you have the desire to optimize your energy and brain function, learn about your body's energy channels and have a lot of fun in the process - this class is for you! This class is also especially valuable to bodyworkers, therapists, educators and all interested in the healing arts.

So what is Biosync-Rhythm?

Biosync-Rhythm is a fun and energizing active therapy that will support you in optimizing your brain function and coordinaton through creative movement and music making. By incorporating elements of yoga, meridian stretching and Brazilian dance you will explore rhythmic patterns in movement, song and drumming that will create an interactive and holistic therapeutic experience. We use instruments such as tan tan drums, shakers and bells, musical tubes, wooden sticks and bouncing balls and also perform exercises to recorded music.

By integrating left and right brain hemispheres through creative movement and music making the exercises that you will learn will work to improve your coordination and brain function, provide you with techniques for relaxation and for stress management, increase your self-esteem and knowledge of self and educate you about the body’s meridian energy system.

You don’t need to have any previous experience with dance or with music. You just need an open mind and the desire to learn and have fun!


What you will learn in a Biosync Workshop:

-About meridian functions and pathways
-How to use shiatsu acupressure as a home remedy
-How to administer self-massage
-How the concept of Biosync movement works as a healing art, harnessing meridian energy through movement, dance, percussion
-How to do meridian stretching exercises
