Do you ever wonder if there is something you could be doing to improve your fertility but feel overwhelmed by conflicting nutritional information on the internet and the complexity of fertility treatments?
The Cooking for Fertility workshop will provide you with breakthrough strategies and practical actions you can take immediately to gain control of your fertility, increase energy and move forward on your fertility journey. These simple strategies, based on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, have been shown to have a sixfold increase in fertility naturally.

Fertility Kitchen Facilitators:
Sarah Grossman
Sarah is a holistic chef and Certified Nutritional Practitioner with a specific interest in fertility and reproductive health. She teaches cooking classes and is constantly developing new ways to integrate healing foods into tasty, practical recipes.
Dr. Tanya Smith, TCM
Tanya works with women and couples who are feeling devastated by not being able to get pregnant. Using Traditional Chinese Medicine, she helps them get pregnant and finally start the family of their dreams. She believes health starts in the kitchen and loves to awaken people to the joy and delight of food that is good and good for you!

Each class starts at 7:00 pm and runs until 9:30. We will weave food preparation and information together into a fun, experiential evening and enjoy a meal together with the dishes we prepare. Cooking for Fertility will be held in the beautiful and spacious Whole Foods kitchen at 87 Avenue Road.
The course is an investment of $360 for one or $620 for two, so find a friend to enroll with you and save!
