Mindfulness meditation is an excellent way to lower stress and enhance your health and wellbeing. Come to this workshop to learn a simple breath-based mindfulness meditation technique and to identify practical ways to integrate a daily meditation practice into your life. This workshop includes a 7-day mini meditation challenge following the workshop and a CD with supportive materials for your daily meditation practice.
